Exposure Therapy Session

Service Description

Initial two sessions are 1.5 hours long and online. These are to discuss your history, review the prolonged exposure therapy process and to create a fear hierarchy. Community outings will be scheduled after initial sessions, based on fear hierarchy rankings.

Cancellation Policy

If sessions are cancelled less than 24 hours in Advance, the cost of the session will be charged in full.
