Exposure Therapy Session

Service Description

Initial two sessions are 1.5 hours long and online. These are to discuss your history, review the prolonged exposure therapy process and to create a fear hierarchy. Community outings will be scheduled after initial sessions, based on fear hierarchy rankings. The 3% processing fee is waived if you contact us directly at info@ot2u.ca or 403-276-6828 to book and pay by cash, cheque or e-transfer.

Cancellation Policy

If sessions are cancelled less than 24 hours in Advance, the cost of the session will be charged in full.
